As soon as temperatures in your barn reach 12°C/53°F the controller signals the variable speed, direct drive fans to run at 30% as the temperature increases the variable speed motor is signalled to run faster, offering air cooling above the stalls or in the holding area. Once the fans reach 100% power and the temperature rises above 78°F the intuitive controller signals fine droplets to be injected into the powerful, focused air stream. This is the start of the evaporative cooling which sets CowKuhlerZ apart from anything else on the market. The droplets land on the cow's coat and act as "imitation sweat" evaporating from a combination of her body heat and the air movement. Did you know that cows only sweat 10% of what humans do? They have no way of regulating their body temperature other than to stop eating, stand and pant.
The fine droplets evaporate off her coat and cause a chemical reaction, a chilling effect, efficiently and effectively maintaining her optimal CBT. Simply and seamlessly preventing her from ever feeling heat stressed. The droplets are very fine and they are timed to match the climatic conditions in your barn, for example, the nozzles are on for 30 seconds and off for 3 minutes, this is why the stalls don't get wet even though the system is running right over the stalls.
